Terminal month I had a gathering of 26 people. I made a 3 layer 10 inch circular. Each layer was nigh ane.five inches. I had exactly enough block. I sent a hunk equal to almost 4 slices dwelling with someone. I was nervous most not having enough cake. I0 inches turned out to be the perfect size for me. Take fun at your event!
, Plant this on the Wilton'southward website. Hope this helps y'all out.
In general each block mix will serve 15-xx people.
It depends on how big y'all want each serving. Virtually people only want a serving approx. 1x2x4. This is a bit smaller than the average cupcake.
The chart posted higher up is fair - giving more generous servings than I usually consider.
And your requirement is only a scrap over the 'standard' size :(
Nigh canvass cakes are single layer. Accept into consideration the above info - each recipe of batter used usually serves 15-20.
If it was me I'd serve a *single layer* 10" round; OR a 1/4 canvas (12x8x2); OR a 10x2 square for a chip more generous serving size.

My cake mixes say they feed 12 servings. At the parties I become to and take the block they want large pieces of cake, non a sliver to get the taste of it.
Assistance! My start official order - Just received a club for a 10" square( wants hydrangea motif) plus sixty cupcakes. This is my first official club, non sure how to charge. Give thanks yous in advance for your assistance and is much appreciated.

I become past the wilton serving charge and 10 inch cake will feed way more than than 26 poeple... in my stance, you will need to make up one's mind what size servings the person volition need. I go by wedding servings for all my cakes, simply that is just me. I would serve an viii inch cake, but my cakes are very large and baked high.
